The Board of intermediate and Secondary Education, BISE Peshawar Board is the main controlling body of secondary and higher secondary examination. Its functions are to register the students, announcement of admissions, issuance of date sheet and roll number slips, conduction of exams and announcement of results.
Because of its upraised education standards it has gotten its worth among the other boards of province. There are many affiliated areas of BISE Peshawar and these jurisdictive parts are District Peshawar, F.R. Peshawar and Khyber Agency, District Charsadda, Shabqadar and Mohmand Agency and District Chitral. It also holds exams for CT, PTC, OT and oriental languages.
